Co-Mo Connect Used and Surplus Building Related Materials Auction

For Sale: Used and surplus building related materials from the Co-Mo Connect Lake Operations Facility construction.


Sealed bids will be accepted from Dec. 2 - Dec. 13, 2024, at 12 p.m. CST.

One bid for all items, we will not divide the items in this sale. Materials for sale will go to the highest bidder.

The highest bidder will be required to take all items and is responsible for removal, loading and transportation. The highest bidder will have five business days to remove items from Co-Mo's property or the items will go to the next highest bidder. The highest bidder (buyer) is responsible for insurance requirements, including any property damage or personnel injuries related to the removal of items from Co-Mo's property, and will be required to sign a "hold harmless agreement" and "bill of sale."


Co-Mo Connect accepts no liability for any of the sold material. Buyer assumes all risk.
